The Cotswold Curer produced its first batch of handmade salami in 2011. It was created out of a love of charcuterie which developed during childhood holidays in France and our support of high animal welfare standards practised by many farmers around us. We are based in Cirencester within the heart of the Cotswolds and so we are able to use local outdoor reared Pork from both rare and traditional breeds.
We make a selction of air dried salamis, chorizos and pancetta. These are all hand made and then air dried . We sell the majority of our produce at Farmers Markets and Food Festivals, but also supply local Farm Shops and Delis
Stroud Farmers' Market
This is multi award-winning and is well known as one of the biggest, busiest and most popular farmers' market in the UK. We love our time here and have a stall on the 1st ,4rd and 5th Saturdays of the month. 9am-2pm
Charlbury Farmers Market .
This is another well supported market on the playing field of this stunning Cotswold Market Town This is held on the second Saturday of March, June,September and December . 9am-1pm
East Oxford Farmers and Community Market.
This is a small and friendly co-operative market in East Oxford.
We are there once a month on the 3rd Saturday of the month. 10am-1pm.
We enjoy many other events at Farmers Markets /County shows etc . We will post details nearer to the time on this website or social media.
